Filenames with a % character in them cannot be browsed - the filename is truncated at the % and source reports that the file does not exist.

Message:
Correction - filenames with a %3 or %n where n is a numeric character
break.  % followed by a letter is OK.

Presumably this is caused by a bug in the URL-encoding/decoding functions
