Hi Adrian,

I've been moving directories/files for testing to the lxr-tools module
in the test-data directory - it looks like this commit is adding some
test files into the main lxr module.

The main reason for this is to separate out the development
infrastructure from the released code - although I haven't moved the
actual test code yet (perhaps this would be worth doing).

How do you feel about moving this across to the lxr-tools module?
