[Lxr-dev] support only swish-e?

Would it be ok to support only swish-e and not glimpse?  This would make
LXR code easier to maintain and would allow us to take advantage of some
features (like searching on content and filepath together).

swish-e runs on all platforms that glimpse does, and has no restrictions
on its use, so I don't think this would be a problem for LXR users to
install.
