unfortunately not.
There are a few 'internet PC's here. Those are connected. One of those 
contains a CD writer, but otherwise is very restricted in what I can do 
there (install CVS is a no-no). Our desktop PCs are not-at-all connected 
  in any way to the internet. The only thing that's there is an email 
server.
