Summary: Adding Glimpse Indexing into genxref

Initial Comment:
This patch adds automatic Glimpse indexing when 
running genxref similar to the addition of SWISH 
indexing support to genxref.
This brings Glimpse support in LXR in line with SWISH 
so that both indexing systems are continued to be 
supported as Glimpse produces a more useful index 
output.
