I guess you've already looked at them, but a websearch did find some 
other parsers, including a Perl one at 
http://www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/Hardware/ though it sounds *slow*.

There's a VHDL compiler at Alliance, http://www-asim.lip6.fr/alliance/ 
which is GPL'ed and thus might have a grammer that you could rip out. 
 And there's VAUL  from http://www.freehdl.seul.org/frontend.html which 
claims to be a flex/bison job.
