Sorry, I forgot to check in one of the new files from the CSS patch. 
 I've also noticed that I didn't make the changes to the template files 
to make the HTML validate against 4.01 Transitional - I must have made 
them to my local copies.

I'll update both tonight, in the meantime I've attached the lxr.css file.
