[Lxr-dev] CREDITS

Hi all,

I've just added a CREDITS.txt file to CVS as a place to list (and thank)
all those who've contributed code/documentation/bugfixes/etc to the lxr.

If I've left you off and you think you should be on the list, then
please tell me - I don't want to miss anyone out.

I'm looking forward to seeing the file grow ever longer, so do send in
patches (and make sure to include a change to CREDITS.txt in the patch
:-)
