[Lxr-dev] cvsignore file

A file called .cvsignore should be created within the root LXR
directory, and the following contents added to it:

lxr.conf
html-dir.html
html-head.html
html-search.html
html-tail.html

This will cause CVS to ignore these files (as it should).
