This is with the newest genxref, right?  The problem there is the same
as before, namely that when you give it --allversions, it just looks
up all the versions of the root of your source tree, and assumes
that is all the versions there are.  Which is wildly wrong.  For CVS
use, you really need to test each file.

I'll fix that sometime today, I guess.
