When makefooter was created by copy-and-paste from makeheader, specific template selection was not adjusted from sourcedirhead to sourcedirtail.
Typo corrected in CVS for next release 0.9.9

This has now been fixed in CVS.
If you can install the new version and check that it solves your
problem, then it would be very useful.
