I loves me a wiki, but we already have a sourceforge project and I
wonder if this kind of thing isn't better handled using their trackers?
It's easier to add comments, upload attachments, track the status, etc.
You can configure it to send you mail when "interesting things" happen.
And, it's all combined with the rest of the project info.
I've used these kinds of sites with other projects and actually you can
get a pretty handy release/management process using them, if you ignore
the stuff you don't need and concentrate on a few things.
