I think the title bar of the window is out of the desktop when you start
xfe, try move it by clicking with the right button over the taskbar. I think
it could be fixed in lxp-icewm winoptions. I'll try to investigate this
issue.

Yes you have to add these themes, I think would be useful write some
documents about this tricks and publish it into the lxp site.

You can use an external program like gnome-display-properties.
I don't understand what do you say about the comments, if you are refering
to the tooltips of the taskbar, this is configurable in your
$HOME/.lxp-icewm/prefoverride i.e: TooTipFontNameXft="verdana:size=12"

No, lxp has not any menu editor, you have to use a text editor

It could be posible, but first it is necesary choose adecuate programs for
each task, make the packages and make the menu or the adecuate launcher

I enjoy all, but I use RedHatEnterprise or CentOS in production servers, and
Fedora or ubuntus in desktops

I use a cheaper Asus laptop Z53F
