[Lxp-users] Released LXP-0.1-11 and LXP for .deb distributions

1.- Now ubuntu, xubuntu and debian users can easily try LookXP
2.- Several changes done:
 - Some fixes in icewm and xfe
 - Some fixes in lxp scripts
 - lxp-menu-generator: is a completely new program that generates a menu
with installed applications. It uses the system menu xml description files.
This program will be a substitute of icewm-menu-gnome2
 - lxp-switch-desktop: an utility that allows the user to change between
desktops (xfdesktop, kdesktop, nautilus, idesk).
