#425 GPicView "zoom image by default" patch

Hi,

This little patch to GPicView allows one to chose in the option if they prefer to zoom into the image or switch between images when scrolling vertically. Since don't I know any user or other image viewing application which switch pictures when scrolling vertically (including me), I took the liberty to even make this new behaviour default. Using Control+ScrollVert one can always get the opposite behaviour: Switching instead of zooming or vice versa. (I must say that I never would have guessed the Control+ScrollVert shortcut if I wouldn't have read the source code...)

This paragraph is probably longer than the patch so I'll shut up now! :-)
