#417 Patch to add --tabs option to lxterminal

This pad adds a command line option to create named tabs when the lxterminal is started: lxterminal --tabs=Tab1,Tab2,Tab3,Tab4...

This patch is against 0.1.11, which appears to be the latest in Git.

If there is interest in this I can try to add it to the man page.

Now I am trying to merge --title functionality to --tabs because they shares setting titles functionality.
