Hi, Here is a page related to the zram module which I would suggest you give a try: http://www.webupd8.org/2011/10/increased-performance-in-linux-with.html search in the page for "Fedora 15+". Make sure there is no such module as "zsmalloc" for the time being, in the staging directory of the kernel tree, because starting one version : I don't know which one for now, this will be less reliable. See information here: http://lwn.net/Articles/477067/ As long as the xvmalloc is used it is ok to have zram in the staging directory : having been using it for years as well as many other users.
