CrunchBang is a distro that uses Openbox with some LXDE components - so it's good to watch what they're doing and share ideas and experiences in usability, package compatibility etc. It's a fairly geeky community, but with a strong interest in usability and appearance, so it's a good idea to post links to the CrunchBang Forums<http://crunchbanglinux.org/forums/>when there is testing to be done. This could also get people there on board with improving more of the LXDE components and using them with CrunchBang. The new version will be based on Debian Squeeze (testing) sources, rather than Ubuntu. *CrunchBang 10 "Statler", coming soon<http://crunchbanglinux.org/forums/topic/6754/crunchbang-10-statler-coming-soon/> * -- Chris Watkins Appropedia.org - Sharing knowledge to build rich, sustainable lives. blogs.appropedia.org community.livejournal.com/appropedia identi.ca/appropedia twitter.com/appropedia |
