[Lxde-list] Migration to Git is finished!

Now all repositories are moved to git.
You can browse all of them online:
http://lxde.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb-index.cgi
Each lxde component now has its own git repository.

The old svn repository is still there, but write access of all
developers are turned off.
The only exception is brother. I kept his svn write access because of pootle.
After pootle is linked with git and all latest translations are commit
to git, the whole svn repo will be turned off.

The old pcmanfm 0.5 series has been renamed to pcmanfm-legacy, and
later will be replaced by pcmanfm2/libfm in development.

So, developers can start using git now!
