#716 http://pootle.lxde.org returns 404 when loading translations

Steps to reproduce.

1. Go to http://pootle.lxde.org/ca/gpicview/
2. Click on "Baixa (.zip)" (download zip). Link points to http://pootle.lxde.org/ca/gpicview/export/zip/

You get a 404 and as result you cannot download the translations
