#524 LXAppearance should store its settings in hidden folder

First of all I must say that LXAppearance is a great tool. Thank you for providing it!

I noticed that LXAppearance stores its settings file ("settings.ini") in "gtk-3.0" subfolder of home folder.
It would be much better if the settings file would be stored in a hidded folder, e.g. ".gtk-3.0" (please, notice a leading dot). This would prevent the home folder form clattering with folders which are not intended to be used by the user directly.

I'm attaching my settings file just in case it might be needed.

    I believe this issue was completely fixed back in release 0.5.2 of LXAppearance. Thank you very much.
