Tabs did something odd just before it crashd out, the wrong tab closed. and the
one that remained "hung" with "exit" at the bottom.

I guess this bug has been fixed by an important fix introduced in LXTerminal 0.1.10.
I am closing this issue. If you found it does work in the newer git version, please don't hestitate reopen this bug.
