#17 Need separate dates for term itself and \'translation\'

Now, if we add existing Latvian term as translation for
some English term, only date of Latvian term creation
is shown in translations list. I would prefer see the
date of translation, i.e., date, when link between
those two terms was created. This date is more relevant
as translation is "new" even if both English and
Latvian terms are "old" in database.
