There are many translations in DB which are incorrect,
changed after didcussion or even stupid, and many of
them acquired from some translated projects like
OpenOffice.
It would be better to refuse (tag in some distinct way)
such translations instead of just simply deleting
records. For reference (as there may be tendency to
re-submit the same translation) and to keep possible
discussion which lead to other better translation, and
even most important - to use as checklist for
translation project in question to change all instances
of incorrect translation in their product.
Maybe we can use text-decoration: line-through or
something like that for those deleted translations and
add date of refusal.
Of course, there must be option to really delete
translations which are unused and unlinked to any
project, with no discussion, no risk to be re-submited etc.
