#10 Order of last events list on first page

If we group last events list by commented terms (to
limit number of entries in list), it would be nice to
update list item timestamp according to last comment
time. I.e., if we have some term commented and it's on
last position on last events list, and then somebody
adds new comment, then this term should be shown on the
top of the list, according to new timestamp of last
comment.

It is good way to keep list on first page really
"recent", otherwise we may have an actively commented
term not shown on first page at all.
