It will be shown if there would be translations. To see
that you can try add English traslation for Latvian word.
So this bug is not a bug and should apear as feature request.

Well, if there is an English word "keyboard" and the Latvian
word "tastatūra" ir registred in the database as translation
of the "keyboard" to Latvian would it not be obviose that
"keyboard" is the translation of "tastatūra" to English?

Terms translations you can't use automaticaly reverse. They
should be entered in system.
