I've seen software integrate tutorials throughout an app as follows: Anywhere the user right clicks on something, if there is an associated tutorial, then that tutorial shows up on the context menu. For example, when the user opens an ME's context menu, it might also contain a link to help on MEs. Imagine all kinds of bubbles and traffic lights and toolbars could with their own tutorials, by which I mean a help document with a link to an online video if it's a complicated enough concept to necessitate that.
This idea is for design discussions before being implemented, since it's a rather ubiquitous change.
