That would be the next step then to make VNC completely transparent as a "replacement" for X and in order to get session shareability, because the only use for the -inetd option, that I can see, is maybe if you have a really slow link between the client and the server (i.e., dialin from home, T1 from another office, etc.). However, that doesn't leave your session running on the server with the ability to reconnect to it at will. Once you disconnect the viewer, your session is terminated. -- Jason A.
