[Ltsp-developer] Design draft for new thin-client configuration

The next version of the draft is now on our website (v. 0.1).

It's towards the bottom of the features list but before the downloads 
section.  It's highlighted as a NEW item.

Feedback and discussion would be very much appreciated.  It is still 
pretty raw toward the bottom, but hopefully the intent is clear.  It 
will get cleaner as more feedback and ideas are discussed.
