[Ltsp-discuss] Diskless workstations running CAD apps

Hi,

Experimented LTSP and I am darn impressed with it! Just got it working a =
couple a days ago. I am wondering whether it is possible to run CAD =
apps; LinuxCAD/CYCAS/QCad; smoothly on the diskless workstation via LTSP =
solution. Am thinking of 70 diskless workstations running the CAD apps =
in a classroom type area. Kinda concern what kind of load will be on the =
server and diskless workstation.

I noticed the X server sessions belongs to the server instead of the =
diskless workstation. Is there anyway to run X server from the diskless =
workstation and off-load the server.

Is there anyway to see what's the load; using utilities like "top"; on =
the diskless workstation?
