[LTP] [ANNOUNCE] Linux Test Project IRC channel #ltp

For those of you who appreciate the benefits of a more asynchronous
means of communicating than email, we have established an IRC channel on
openprojects.net called #ltp for discussing LTP development, new test
programs, or Linux testing in general.  Please feel free to join us
