Have you tried to run these after the change? Because for some I get:

# ./access02
access02    1  TBROK  :  unexpected signal SIGCHLD/SIGCLD(17) received (pid = 19902).
access02    2  TBROK  :  Remaining cases broken

The access02.c, for example, runs system() which does fork() then exec().
