#30 New files aren't saved to Solution

Creating a new file -- source, sound, etc. -- is not automatically saved to the solution. The new file will appear in the Solution Explorer, but will not be saved if the editor is closed.

In order to save the file to the solution, it is necessary to close the solution first, then exit the editor. No files are lost, they're just disassociated with the project.
