[Lse-tech] Status of read-copy update for Linux

I am making good progress working this through IBM's open-source process,
going for GPL.  I hope to get this taken care of sometime next month.  In
the meantime, Dipankar is getting the PTX version ported over.  I have
attached PTX's analog of a HowTo document, which includes PTX's API in the
hope that this may be of use.  I will be working to put together a Linux
version of this API.
