[Lse-tech] memblks and pcibus_to_cpumask

Can someone please tell me what's the current state of memblks is in 2.5?

As far as I can see they are useless currently because there is no
user API and no MM support. 

Also who is going to use pcibus_to_cpumask? I would implement it for 
AMD64, but there are no callers at all.
