[Lsacon-development] controls definition

Hi,

I've completed the first revision of a controls definition model.
As for now, I propose 12 tags to define all the controls we may need. These 
tags should be even more than necessary for developing runtime interfaces to 
configuration files.

What I wrote down is a basic ruleset for gui purposes only; this means that 
there's nothing to link the interface elements to the actual configuration 
file contents. This is a more complicated topic and I'd like to get your 
ideas.

I think some changes would be necessary. Let me know what do you think about.
