#1 Patching release 0.02-1 to 0.02-2

There were some minor improvements and a big bug that
brought us from release 0.02-1 to 0.02-2. But because
of only _minor_ improvements, there isn't another
release, just this little patch here. It corrects an
incorrect line, which made lppdf inoperable and
implements "pdfopt" for PDF optimization. Please
install this patch if your using 0.02-1.

Install it through

patch < lpPDF0.02-2.patch

in the directory your lppdf-Filter lies.
