#55 New Lomboz J2ee project : Fails to create all the files

I have followed all the instructions as per
http://www.objectlearn.com/support/docs/index.jsp

I think I have also defined the server correctly in
servers/jboss323all.server file

When I create a new project using Lomboz wizard, it
does create a web module or a EJB module with WEB-
INF or META-INF directory respectively. These
directories contain targets.xml file with the correct
entries of the server selected.

However, no other file is generated. Also, Lomboz J2EE
view indicates that a problem was found without any
text. Only the project is shown in this view and no Web
or EJB modules are shown.

What am I doing wrong? I have struggled enough with
this. Any debugging or log files generated anywhere?

I just downloaded and installed lomboz.212.p1.zip and I
am using it with JBOSS 3.2.3
