I am the maintainer of the Ubuntu Linux libloki
package, and I cleaned up the makefiles, as they
contained lots of unneeded stuff. I also added an
install target that will install the library and the
includes to a specified directory (This is primarily
for packaging purpose, but is also nice if someone
wants to install libloki from source).

Since I don't know if the makefiles work with other
make tools than GNU make (Any mingw users who could
test this patch?) I would appreciate feedback ;)

Btw.: I noticed some warnings and a build failure while
doing the test/ makefiles. I will work on some patches
for them (gcc-4.0, x86).

    thanks :)

You could also remove Makefile-debian, as I will upload a
new package to debian when 0.1.3 is released ;)
