#1 Loggy 2.3 patch #01

In loggy 2.3, the syslogd rehash is pre-setted by
default, this .diff patch, fix this problem by adding
a new option '-a', if you add this environment to the
command line, loggy will rehash the syslogd after the
cleaning, else it won't do the rehash..

Patch it!
