#40 Visual Studio 2010 and 2013 Solution files

Hi everyone,

I migrated the existing Visual Studio solution to 2013.
Moreover, I fixed several project properties by quoting the used paths so that they will work with directories containing spaces. This should be also fixed in the already existing solutions in the near future.

Hopefully, it fulfills the guidelines so that it can be very quickly applied to the master branch.
