#36 log4cpp.spec file fixes

The rpm spec file supplied with log4cpp-1.0 does not build due to two typo's.

Attached is a patch against log4cpp-1.0 which corrects these problems, created as:
# diff --context log4cpp.spec.ori log4cpp.spec

Note that fo a successful build you'll also need the patch provided in:
ID: 2057453 - Fails to compile on GCC 4.3
when you're using GCC 4.3 or higher.
