[Log4cpp-devel] RemoteSyslogAppender does not properly handle IP address

thank you for coming back and repeating of that bug, fix is commited into
cvs.
RemoteSyslogAppender.cpp, revision: 1.25
package log4cpp-1.1 can not be changed once it is released, but fix is in
current development branch now and will be included into next release.
