[Log4cpp-devel] cross compiling log4cpp from cygwin to mingw

Hi,

I've successfully cross compiled log4cpp on cygwin to mingw. I had to
make some changes, as it didn't compile out of the box.

The changes are attached. For some reason, the mingw compiler didn't
recognize the wstring type. Does this make sense? Also, it didn't
recongnize the in_addr_t type. Not sure what the correct solution for
that is. Would these changes, or something like them, be welcome upstream?
