[Log4cpp-devel] boost threads with STLport build for MSVC

Hi,

I've added an implementation for boost threads (version 1.28.0) to the
CVS. This has only been tested under MSVC6 when boost was compiled using
STLport 4.5.3.

There is a new MSVC project file that enables building this version,
along with some of the tests. See the file readme.txt at
log4cpp\msvc6\log4cppDLL_stlport_boost for some more details.
