[Log4cpp-devel] log4cpp + cygwin + man pages

When log4cpp installs the man pages, it changes a '_' to a '::' on the man 
page file names. Unfortunately, this breaks the cygwin installation because 
these aren't valid windows names.

Is there a reason for the man pages to include '::' in the names? If not 
would it be possible to replace them with something else?
