[Log4cpp-devel] aCC support HP-UX?

I'm trying to get log4cpp compiled on the following compiler:
aCC: HP ANSI C++  B3910B A.02.25

This compiler doesn't seem to have an STL implementation which is
obviously causing me problems.  Have there been any workarounds for
this platform?
