[Log4cpp-devel] Patch for QNX Neutrino 6.1.0

I've submitted a patch for QNX 6.1 via the patch area on the log4cpp project
page.

See my comments there for details.

The changes are minimal (but I had a lot of "fun" with autoconf), and I hope
they don't break anything on other platforms, but I haven't checked any, not
even Linux...
