[Log4cpp-devel] Version property sheet added to DLL

Hello,

I've added a "version" property sheet to the DLL version of log4cpp.

Bastiaan, please check the values in msvc6\log4cppDLL\log4cppDLL.rc.
There are "legalese" type fields there that I filled in with what seemed
to be correct values, but it is hard to tell...
