Porting of log4cpp 0.3.1 for thread of ACE library 5.2
(http://www.cs.wustl.edu/~schmidt/ACE.html).

Environment: SunOs 5.6 with Forte 6.1 (Sun CC 5.2).

I do not know automake, autoconf, m4, etc.
I have modified .\src\makefile and .\tests\makefile.
